Jackson Owens – “Now Forever”

Born in Turangi, this New Zealand singer and songwriter grew up in a music loving family. He moved to Los Angeles at the young age of 16 in order to join boyband Far Young. Since returning to New Zealand he’s toured nationwide, collaborated with Sons Of Zion and, in 2022, earned an AMA nomination. Inspired by Sam Cooke, Otis Redding and Stevie Wonder, he debuted with “Better With You” in 2021.

Lyrically highlighting the universally relatable wish for a love that lasts forever, his new single is a collaboration with his brother Chauncey. With an enthralling electric guitar, engrossing beat and celestial backing harmonies, it’s his soul-dripping, storytelling vocals that encapsulate your heart and makes this an infectious and mesmerizing soulful journey that is worth experiencing every note.

Nieve Ella – “Your Room”

Hailing from Wolverhampton, this budding British singer and songwriter learned to play her late fathers guitar and started writing songs as a form of therapy. Since those shy early days, she’s played Reading & Leeds and TRNSMT Festival and opened for Inhaler on their UK tour and Dylan on her European tour. Inspired by artists like Sam Fender and Phoebe Bridgers, she debuted with “Girlfriend” in 2022.

Reminding herself that what other people think of you does not define who you are, her new single celebrates how far she’s come and all the positive changes in her life. Taken from her upcoming EP “Lifetime Of Wanting”, expected on September 1st, it’s the mellow, 90s Britpop-styled guitar plucks, spirited drums, brash electric guitars and her fresh vocals that make this an effervescent jam.
