In The Spotlight

Paris Paloma – “As Good A Reason”

Hailing from Asbourne and now London-based, this British singer and songwriter has been writing music for most of her life. She started performing while attending an all-girls boarding school, but went on to study fine arts and history at university. She’s played festivals like TRNSMT and Montreux Jazz Festival. Inspired by Hozier, Grimes and Bon Iver, she debuted with “Narcissus” in 2020.

Celebrating feminism by writing a love letter to women talking to each other, passing knowledge along and the sisterhood it creates, her new single lights a fire under the patriarchy. With her powerful, poetic lyricism conveying her salient message, it’s the insatiable rhythm and bluesy guitars that fluently carry her resilient, soulful vocal force to an all-inspiring, empowering and anthemic sonic whole.
