Hailing from Hayling Island and born as Archie Langley, this British singer and songwriter’s interest in music was fuelled by the artists his parents played, from James Morrison to Frank Sinatra. He learned to play guitar in his early teens, but didn’t yet sing. After a friend’s encouragement aged 19, be started playing open mic nights at pubs. Since then he’s opened for Kodaline and collaborated with Kygo. Now based in London, he debuted with “You’ve Got The Wrong Guy” in 2020.
Describing the excitement felt when chasing big dreams, his new single encourages you to be open to everything the world has to offer. Taken from his upcoming album “The Island”, expected on September 20th, the song has a stadium anthem feel about it. Malou Madi – “Louder Than”
Born in Paris as Marie Davy, this French singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist grew up in a musical environment and played classical piano from a young age. In her twenties she moved to America and studied at Berklee College Of Music in Boston, before settling in Brooklyn. She recently returned to France after a decade. A jazz musician at heart, she plays with synths and rhythms. Compared to Feist and Sabrina Claudio, she debuted with “Decomplicated” in 2021.
Capturing the strong feelings hidden in shared silences and delicate touches, her new single emphasizes the value of a simple, meaningful act. Taken from her upcoming EP “Lilt”, expected on May 24th, the melody is filled with tender vulnerabilty and clever sonic layering.
