Anna Kaya – “Love Catastrophe”

Originally from Bulgaria, this emerging singer and songwriter is now based in London. She studied music at the renowned BIMM institute and has been honing her blended sound of R&B, soul and pop ever since. Instantly recognisable by the strength and subtlety of her voice, she excites audiences whenever and wherever she performs. Drawing inspiration from legendary artists such as Ariana Grande, Tori Kelly and BeyoncĂ©, she released her debut single “So Damn Crazy” in 2022.

Narrating the relatable feelings that come with letting go, especially when it’s the hardest thing to do, her new single is about finding the strength to dance through the pain. Catching her lyrics in a more poppy melody this time, she still left room for a drop of R&B and a dash of soul. Starting softly with synth violins, the song ascends with a rising beat to a sparkling pop vibe. With lively drums, electronic elements and her hypnotic vocals, this mesmerizing tune is full of melancholy.

Zay’Marie – “Too Far”

Born as Elizabeth Marie Murray in Venice Beach, this singer and songwriter started singing in a church choir. With that love of music in her heart, she moved on to study vocal performance at Spelman College in Atlanta. She also made the final 5 at the BeHeard Competition of The Revolt Summit. Now based in Washington D.C., she’s performed several times at the MetroBar and SoFar Sounds. Inspired by Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder and BeyoncĂ©, she released her debut “Your Love” in 2019.

Inspired by the chemistry she felt for somebody, her new single is all about taking risks and letting go of inhibitions. Sonically a futuristic amalgamation of electronic music, R&B and soul, the song kicks off with an ethereal synth. Joined by a potent drum beat and polished electric guitars, the track progresses through her own auditory world. And with the airy translucence of her delicate vocals, this titillating tune has both a velvety beauty as well as a dancefloor-ready bounce.
