Based in Springfield, this singer and songwriter grew up in a musical environment. Her dad played in punk rock bands and there were instruments throughout the home. She taught herself to play guitar at the age of 12 and began writing her own songs. Soon she started performing at talent shows and open mic nights. She’s played festivals like You Matter and Queen City Shout Music and Arts. Inspired by Taylor Swift and Alanis Morissette, she debuted with “Comfortable” in 2019.
Singing about the moment where a relationship grows from being friends to being lovers, her new single reminds you that a love like that can be extra strong. Fusing modern pop with a touch of retro neon, the track starts with a mesmerizing driving bass, before reaching anthemic heights with bustling drums, vigorous guitars and lively keys. And with her spontaneous and cheeky vocals adding a level of radiance to the melody, this high-energy powerhouse tune is a celebration of love.
