Hailing from the small town of Pettisville, this folk trio consists of siblings Bekah, Joshua and Caleb Liechty. Growing up with music loving parents, their childhood was steeped in music. As well as sing in church, they also took piano lessons. Despite thinking about a medical career first, they formed the band in 2019. In 2021 they entered and won Season 21 of The Voice. They’ve since shared the stage with Kelsea Ballerini and Pentatonix. They debuted with “Barrier Island” in 2019.
Telling a tale of romance and reminiscing about the moment the lovers met, their new single reminds us that life’s too short not to take a chance on love. Taken from their recently released EP “… Wilder Then”, the song is a cheeky amalgamation of folk, pop and a touch of country. From the playful organ to the lively percussion and jaunty steel guitar laying down the jolly melody, it’s their astounding harmonies and rosy vocals that make this good-natured tune a true pleasure for your ears.
