Hailing from the Bay Area, this singer/songwriter got the performance bug aged 6 when she put her first steps on a stage. Despite her love for music, she got a soccer scholarship from UC Berkeley. After graduation she moved to Nashville to pursue her dream of becoming a country singer. She was a contestant on Season 18 of American Idol, mentored by Katy Perry, and reached the top 10. Inspired by The Chicks, LeAnn Rimes and Whitney Houston, she debuted with “Brought A Girl” in 2022.
Showing another side of breakups, her new single celebrates all the relationships that didn’t work, because they shaped the person she is today and guided her to where she’s supposed to be in life. Taken from her upcoming EP “It Was Worth It”, expected on October 10th, she expertly blends her country sound with a touch of pop. With a driving rhythm and bright steel guitars leading to the sprightly chorus and her sparkling vocals, this infectious country groove is filled with positivity.
