Based in Nashville, this singer and songwriter grew up surrounded by music, thanks to his dad who plays in an 80s cover band and his mom working in radio in Cincinnati. He got his first taste of performing aged 4 on stage with his dads band. He started his career as part of the band The Civics. Solo he’s won the Grand Prize in the American Songwriter Song Contest and the NSAI Song Contest. Inspired by artists like Lauv, Jon Bellion and LANY, he released his solo debut “Open Water” in 2018.
Singing about coming to terms with the realization that life did not unfold as expected, his new single may incapsulate self-doubt but lead to finding that those around him support his choices. Taken from his recently released EP “Vulnerable For Once”, the song is an emotion-filled pop ballad. Centred around a warm acoustic guitar, halfway through the track it explodes into a tumultuous electronic cacophony. And with his soothing vocals, this sonic journey is a meaningful gem.
