Born in London, ON, this Canadian singer-songwriter grew up with a traditional folk-focused background, which influenced his intimate, storytelling style. He formed the band Lost In Japan in 2016 with three friends from Fanshawe College. They decided to step away in 2025. With the band, he played festivals like NXNE and as a solo artist venues like Drake Underground and The Carleton. Inspired by John Muirhead, Ben Howard and Keane, he released his solo debut “No Money” in 2024.
Written as a form of musical therapy after the death of his father, his new single tackles the resilient journey following profound loss to find hope for the future. Taken from his recently released EP by the same name, this song combines the heavy, emotive lyrics with a high-energy indie-pop vibe. With fast-paced percussion, soaring electric guitars and an imposing bassline laying down the impassioned melody, it’s his authentically raw vocals that turn grief into an uplifting experience.
