Based in Sydney, this Australian singer-songwriter’s fascination with singing and performing started when she was young, growing up in a musical-oriented environment. She began singing in church and at talent shows and open mic nights, honing her skills. It wouldn’t be until after high school that she explored songwriting properly. She’s played the ARIA Music Awards and The Hotel Cafe in L.A.. Inspired by Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan, she debuted with “Daydreamer” in 2024.
Capturing the sheer excitement and slight trepidation of stepping out of your comfort zone and exploring the possibility that a friendship can turn into love, her new single embraces the friends-to-lovers rom-com vibe. Creating an ’80s-dipped sonic vibrancy, the song is an infectious, high-energy pop groove. With lively rhythms, a bouncy bass and bright guitars forging a nostalgia-filled melody, it’s her breezy, storytelling vocals that give this tune a joyous polish and make it sound irresistible.
