Born in Toronto, this Canadian singer and songwriter decided he wanted to play guitar at the age of 3, after hearing an Aerosmith song on the radio. A year later he started proper lessons. He continued them until he was 16, when he attended Berklee College Of Music in Boston. His first EP amassed over 1 million streams. He also collaborated with artists like Craig David and Babyface. Inspired by Lauryn Hill, John Mayer and H.E.R., he debuted with “No Good” in 2019.
Creating a timeless love song, his new single celebrates all the things that are good, comforting and precious about your partner. Wrapping the love-infused lyrics in a velvety soulful melody, this track is ear-stroking, honey-dipped smooth. With a mellow vibe from the electric guitar strums, a soothing sense from the keys and a gentle bop from the drums, it feels like a warm embrace. And with his tender vocals relating the sentimental words, this tune is doused in silky classic soul.

Hailing from Cardiff, this Welsh singer and songwriter first got into music taking piano lessons as a child. However, it was the gift of a guitar aged 17 that got her started writing her own music. Since then she’s played renowned festivals like The Isle Of Wight Festival, won several awards such as Best Folk Songwriter in New York’s Independent Music Awards and supported Cara Hammond. Inspired by Taylor Swift, Joni Mitchell and Kacey Musgraves, she debuted with “Waves” in 2018.
Lyrically narrating the feeling of reaching for the stars when starting a new relationship, her new single navigates the vast universe of budding love. Blending elements of folk, pop and country into her unique sound, the song starts with a mellow acoustic guitar. Chasing the clouds away and letting the sun shine through in the lively chorus, she added a bouncy rhythm and a touch more oomph. And with her hypnotic vocal tone, this smooth groove takes romance to outer space.
