Based in Melbourne, this Australian singer/songwriter wrote her first song at the age of 13 on a guitar she stole from her brother. Two years later she fronted an indie dream-pop band called Snakadaktal. After their breakup in 2014 she formed the duo Two People with former band member Joey Clough. Inspired by The Beatles and Bright Eyes, she released her solo debut EP “Player” in 2022.
With melancholic lyrics about the unsettling feeling you get when you know it’s time to let go of something you didn’t want to, her new single balances the poignant words with a dreamy, upbeat melody. Using an acoustic instrumentation from the propulsive beat and mellow guitars, it’s her airy vocals that find their way to your heart and guide you through the playful, yet misty tune.

Based in London, this Polish singer and songwriter grew up surrounded by the varied music her parents were always listening to. She was a ballroom dancer as a teen-ager and took piano lessons, before realizing that writing songs was her path. Now based in the UK, she blends pop, soul and funk. Inspired by Nina Simone, Stevie Wonder and Amy Winehouse, she released her debut “Ride” in 2018.
Portraying the experiences of casual dating while living in a big city, her new single is intertwined with relatability and empowerment. She intricately balances joyous pop vibes with a touch of soul and a dash of funk. With an infectious rhythm, playful strings and an unexpected smooth jazzy finale, it’s her enchantingly vibrant vocals that make this colorful tune sound utterly spellbinding.
