Initially from Toronto, Eric “The Duke” Duquette and Jena “Goldie” Gogo toured Canada and the US as members of the band Blue Sky Miners. Moving to Protection Island of the coast of Vancouver in 2020, where they reconnected with nature, Jena began honing her songwriting skills and Eric created a 60s and 70s-inspired country-folk sound. They released their debut song “Courage” earlier this year.
Inspired by the feeling of calmness generated by seeing the Rocky Mountains from a tour van many years ago, their new single celebrates the healing energy of mother nature.
