Based between Amsterdam and Stockholm, this duo, consisting of UK-born Angus Campbell and US-born Eliot Porter, met in Sydney, Australia, through their high school music program and discovered a shared love of their parents’ Motown collection. They reconnected in London in 2015. Since then, they’ve played venues from KOKO in London to the Melkweg in Amsterdam, and opened for SG Lewis. Inspired by D’Angelo, Daft Punk and Danger Mouse, they debuted with “Higher” in 2015.

Constructing the R&B groove by giving retro 80s disco-pop a modern EDM-touched edge, this song wraps the vulnerable lyrics in a danceable energy.
