Hailing from Miami, this singer/songwriter didn’t perform publicly during her childhood due to stage fright and kept the fact she wrote lyrics a secret. She did however learn classical piano and performed in recitals. While in high school, she was mentored by Gloria and Emilio Estefan. She auditioned for American Idol 2024 and played the Rock Symphonic Concert and the McBride Plaza Concert. Inspired by Laufey, CeeLo Green and Melanie Fiona, she debuted with “No More” in 2024.
Singing about unmasking fake friends and toxic relationships, her new single is about dealing with manipulative people who play the victim. Referring to that person as a ‘social cannibal’, this song is a cinematic soul-pop anthem. Starting with a seductive trumpet, she adds a driving rhythm, funky bass and lively electric guitar to the invigorating melody. Leading a bustling crescendo, it’s a riveting sax solo and her smoky soulful vocals that make this rich, full-bodied groove sound glorious.
