In The Spotlight

Flyght Club – “Nobody Else Knows”

Born and raised in Pune, India as Shauvik Sharan, this multi-talented singer, songwriter and producer began his musical journey playing in local bands after he mastered the guitar. His drive to improve however led to him to expand to DJing in the local nightlife. After a move to Los Angeles he added new skills like production and audio engineering and worked with artists such as Jason Derulo. Inspired by Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton and Pink Floyd, he debuted with “All Alone For So Long” in 2019.

Lyrically telling the Jeckyll And Hyde-like story of a lover who shows a sweet and innocent façade, while an opposite personality emerges behind closed doors, his new single is a delectable brew of a plethora of musical styles. Combining 80s synth pop with a modern blues-rock vibe, the song moves from a laidback funky tune to an invigorating howling guitar solo. And with his airy, light-hearted vocals teasing the eclectic notes, this is an infectious groove full of danceable sonic fun.
