Born in Bangkok as Mandy Wright, this Nashville-based soulstress moved to the US aged 6. She grew up in New Orleans, surrounded by an eclectic mesh of musical influences. In 2013 she graduated with a Bachelors of Music from Florida Atlantic University. Inspired by legendary artists like Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Celine Dion, she debuted on “Why Can’t I Breathe” in 2015.
Showing off her versatility in genres, her latest single fuses the sonic passion of R&B, jazz and soul. Lyrically highlighting the darker side of relationships, in which a fight causes one too many words to be said, she tells the intense story gliding over a smooth melody.
