Jade Gibson – “Unforgivingly Me”

Born and raised in Wangaratta, Victoria, this Australian singer and songwriter dreamt of becoming a country-pop artist. She started playing cover shows from the age of 14. In 2018 she spent a year studying in Nashville, honing her skills in performing, writing and recording. Inspired by artists like Keith Urban, The Chicks and Fleetwood Mac, she released her debut single “The Great Unknown” in 2019.

Conveying the message that everybody should embrace who they are, faults and all, despite what haters might think, her new single is filled with empowerment and encouragement. Conjuring a bright, summery vibe with a refreshing melody, it’s the airy guitars, sunlit drums and radiant violins that forge a carefree country tune. And with her honest and warm vocals, this is an effulgent jam.

Sophie Doyle Ryder – “Happier”

Hailing from Dublin, this rising Irish singer and songwriter grew in a music-oriented home. She wrote her first song aged 13 and went on to study vocals at the BIMM Institute in Dublin, while balancing her fast emerging career. She’s played a variety of festivals such as Indiependence and Forbidden Fruit. Inspired by Coldplay, Gwen Stefani and Mary Black, she released her debut single “Mood” in 2020.

Realizing she’s feeling a lot happier after the end of a toxic relationship, her new single is an emotive slice of alt-pop. Telling her story wrapped in a powerful, yet fun-loving melody, it’s the invigorating beat, crisp guitars, fresh keys and lively backing harmonies accompanying her bright, easy-going vocal tone, that turns this ear-stroking sonic rollercoaster into a very infectious, ear-tickling pop bop.
