Isabelle Eberdean – “Falling In Love”

Hailing from Trondheim, this fresh Norwegian singer and songwriter grew up surrounded by classic jazz and soul music. Combining the sounds of timeless artists like Aretha Franklin and Roberta Flack with the contemporary stylings of Snoh Aalegra and H.E.R., she’s crafted a genre-defying blend of soul, R&B, pop and jazz. She debuted her slick sound and genuine lyrics on “Focus On You” in 2021.

With a silky smooth warmth radiating from the sunlit grooves, her new single is glowing with an ear-stroking vivacity. Taken from her debut EP “Internal Monologue”, it’s the luscious bass and rich drums that lay the foundation for an exquisite fusion of sparkling jazz, classic soul and a sprinkling of pop. And with her impeccable vocals singing about a bad breakup, this gem is easy to fall in love with.
