Formed in 2017 when Amsterdam-born singer Nikki Milla moved to Liverpool and met musicians Tom Want and Tom Bonez, this British band has created a sound they call ‘daydream pop’. Since then they’ve played famed venues such as The Cavern Club and festivals like Isle Of Wight. Sharing their inspiration from ABBA to Calvin Harris, they debuted their EP “Look How Blue The Night Looks” in 2018.
Celebrating the ordinary things we might take for granted by bringing an ode to Exceptionally Lovely Corduroy, their new single dips their rich pop sound in joyous funk. Taken from their upcoming EP “Songs To Play Tennis To”, expected on June 24th, it’s the insatiable rhythm, fresh synths and sweeping funk guitar that creates an irresistible melody and with Nikki’s sweet vocals, this is a vibrant pop groove.
