Fika – “Love Funk”

London-based Sam Hutton and Al Wreaves have been friends since studying music together. Named after the Swedish word meaning take a break, have a coffee and relax, they’ve created a fusion of timeless soul, modern pop and a touch of chilled dance. Influenced by artists from D’angelo and John Mayer to Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars, they debuted with their single “Wide Eyed” in 2017.

Giving the laid back electronic soundscape a funky feel, their latest single is a rhythmic smooth groove. With mellow percussion, slick synths and punchy guitar hooks giving it a velvety melodic finesse, their sleek, silky vocals stroke the melody, while narrating the insecurities of new budding love. Lauriana Mae – “Love To The City”

This New Jersey gal grew up in a small town setting, where the people had blue-collar ideals and backyard barbecues. She got accepted to a performing arts high school in New York City. Since then she’s collaborated with the likes of CeeLo Green and B.o.B. Influenced by timeless legends such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and Alicia Keys, she debuted with “They Don’t Know” in 2010.

Dipping smooth R&B flavors in an easygoing, jazzy stew, her new single is an ear-tingling musical treat. Hayley Fahey – “Rosewater”

This Washington DC native singer and songwriter has been wowing audiences with her mighty, soulful voice at all her live shows. Also a multi-instrumentalist, she plays piano, guitar and mandolin. Drawing inspiration from country, blues and folk, she’s influenced by the likes of Eva Cassidy, Lady Antibellum and Joni Mitchell. Piqi Miqi – “Ice Cream”

Hailing from New Haven, CT, this multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer and model actually graduated from New York University with an economics degree. Planning on a more exciting future, he moved to Prague, where he immersed in the local music scene. With a solo sound, inspired by funk, synth-pop and R&B of the 70s, 80s and 90s, he debuted with “Don’t Fall In Love With Me” in 2016.

Mixing an 80s disco beat with flamboyant neon pop, his new single radiates a refreshing coolness. Danny Toeman – “She’s Got Something About Her”

Tenna – “Skies”

Listening to her father play Neil Young and Bob Dylan songs on guitar when she was growing up, firmly planted the musical roots of this Canadian singer and songwriter. Since then she’s performed at charity and school events, open mic nights and reached the semi-finals of Hidden Talent Canada. With a genre-spanning, poetic songwriting style, she debuted with the single “Silver Storm” in June.

Her sophomore single, taken from her upcoming EP “Silver Storm”, which is expected to drop in October, shows a vulnerable beauty from a mellow beat, fresh electric guitar and her spirited, emotionally-laden vocals right from the start.
