KAYE – “Closer Than This”

Born as Charlene Kaye, this songstress and musician spent her childhood all over the world, from Hawaii to Hong Kong, from Singapore to America. She surrounded herself with the old soul records of her parents and 90s grunge on the radio. Having played bass and guitar in several cover bands, she joined San Fermin as lead vocalist in 2014. She released her solo debut EP “Honey” in 2016.

Returning after a two year solo hiatus, her new single is a powerful mix of R&B and indie-pop. Alma Cook – “So Close”

Born in Wisconsin, this stirring singer and songwriter honed her craft at Chicago’s Columbia College. Lyrically telling stories about the human condition and its vulnerabilities, she shows a passion for poignant themes. Influenced by the likes of Amel Larrieux and Lauryn Hill, she blends touches of pop, jazz, and neo-soul. Now New York-based, she debuted with her EP “Pass It On” in 2012.

Dipping a jazzy vibe into a refreshing bath of 90s R&B, her new single is as soothing as it is captivating. Paco Versailles – “Libertine”

This funky duo, consisting of songwriter and producer Ryan Merchant of Capital Cities fame and guitarist and composer Vahagni, mixes flamenco guitar rhythms and disco-esque electronic production into a refreshing sound. Named after their influences like Spanish guitarist Paco De Lucia and Versailles-based French electro-funk duo Daft Punk, they debuted with “Unwind” early this year.

Reaching across time and space, their new single is a groovelicious journey with stops at 70s disco, 80s funk and neo-electro soul. Instantly infectious, the tune kicks off with a retro bassline, wah-wah guitars and a cheeky flute, but soon the blazing brass is set free to elevate it to the dance floor banger it truly is. August Wahh – “Know What I Want”

Born in General Santos City, this Neo-Soul singer, songwriter and DJ has been a force on the Philippine music scene since 2007, when she moved to Manila to pursue her passion. She used to be the vocalist of soul band Chocolate Grass. As a solo artist, she’s collaborated with No Rome, shared the stage with Fred Wesley, opened for Erykah Badu and released her debut “Sahara” in 2019.

Soaked in sultry soul and colored in some jazzy hues, her new single is a scrumptious smooth groove. With a magical orchestration of a melodious rhythm, enchanting synths and her bewitching, honey-sweet R&B vocals, she conjures up a spellbinding soundscape. Baker Grace – “Like You”

Born as Chloe Grace Baker in New Jersey, this 18 year young singer and songwriter taught herself how to play piano and guitar as a child. Influenced by Carole King and Tupac Shakur, she signed her first record deal at 16 under the moniker Bitter’s Kiss and released a self-titled album in 2015. Now based in New York, she debuted her new name and fresh sound with “Am I Talking To You?” in 2017.

As an ode to compassion, empathy and understanding, her new single uses pop music and heavenly vocals to show a naked vulnerability that is refreshingly honest. Shaping a gorgeous soundscape with a gentle guitar and her silky voice, soon joined by a mellow rhythm, dips the song in a charming subtlety, while retaining the message of empowerment and making this an exquisite triumph.

Weathers – “Always Tired”

When vocalist Cameron Boyer and guitarist Cameron Olsen met in 2012 at a Battle Of The Bands in Manhattan Beach, there was a musical spark. With the addition of bassist Brennen Bates and drummer Cole Carson, the band was formed in 2015. They debuted their empassioned indie-pop sound with the single “I Don’t Wanna Know” in 2016 and have toured with Saint Motel and Nothing But Thieves.

Showcasing their wide-ranging array of rich, inventive musicality and honest, relatable lyricism, their new single shines a light on exhaustion and burnouts.
