Rozette – “Bite”

Born as Jenn Beaupré in rural Alberta, this Canadian singer and songwriter has shared her incredible vocal power across North America for the past decade and captivated audiences from intimate concert halls to Canadian Idol and the 2010 Winter Olympics. Influenced by powerful female voices like Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys and P!nk, she debuted with the 2013 single “I Feel Everything”.

Adding a sassy and empowering layer to her electrifying sound, she adopted a new moniker and released her first single. Blending delicious vintage soul with a touch of R&B and a pinch of pop, it’s the catchy hooks, seductive bass plucks and fresh keys that meld together into a bewitching tune. And with her lavish and imposing vocals preaching indulgence, this enticing jam has a bit of a bite.

Low Cut Connie – “Private Lives”

This Philadelphia-based band around frontman, pianist and songwriter Adam Weiner has been making music since 2010. With a dynamic rock ‘n’ roll sound, which includes splashes of pop and even gospel, they debuted with their album “Get Out The Lotion” in 2010. Known for their high-energy live performances, they are endorsed by legends such as Barack Obama, Bruce Springsteen and Elton John.

Driven by a reverberating plucky guitar and bountiful buoyant beats, their new single is a salubrious rock ‘n’ roll treat. Taken from their upcoming album of the same title, expected later this year, it’s the addition of an upbeat piano to the foot-tappin’ melody and Adam’s Jagger-like vocal vigor, singing about his fascination with people’s lives, that makes this a flamboyantly thrilling rock groove.
