Despite having spent their teens as petty criminals, actually living up to their band name, these four British friends exchanged villainy for musicality. Nick Acton, Will Daly, Steve Weate and George Wood took their cinematic indie sound playing dynamic live shows from the UK to France and have opened for Nothing But Thieves and Ed Sheeran. They debuted with their 2011 EP “Luxembourg”.
Playful, joyous and summery, their new single finds the balance between an upbeat, lustrous melody and a more intense lyrical message. Taken from their upcoming album “Somewhere Between”, expected later this year, it’s the bright bass, sprightly rhythm and vivifying guitar strums that forge a sonic summer.
