Hailing from Brisbane, this Australian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist began learning piano at the tender age of 6. Since then he’s added drums, saxophone, guitar, ukulele and more instruments to his impressive skillset. Inspired by the likes of Jeremy Zucker and Lauv, he developed an indie-pop blend with hints of hip-hop, rock and R&B. He debuted with his single “Warrior” in 2019.
With a clever fusion of contemporary pop with flashes of 80s tones and electro-effects, his new single is sparkling in a glorious sonic soundscape. With a retro percussion, shimmering synths and warm bass laying down the neon-colored melody, it’s the addition of the perky electronic touches that add a modernity to the tune. And with his vivid vocals, this is a jam you’ll love to be in the mood for.

Raised in a musical family in East London, this singer and songwriter initially didn’t feel inclined to show off her impressive singing voice. She did however write songs in her bedroom. It wasn’t until after moving to Nottingham that she began playing acoustic shows and formed a backing band. Inspired by Lianne La Havas, Erykah Badu and Jordan Rakei, she debuted with “Black Moon” in 2017.
Conjuring up images of smoky basement jazz clubs, her new single tells the emotive story about the bond she feels between herself and her inner demon she calls Priscilla. Taken from her upcoming album “Voice Notes”, expected on March 3rd, it’s the easygoing rhythm and mellow organ that creates a jazzy mood. And with her hypnotic vocals, this smooth jam emits a tender warmth.
