In The Spotlight

Lola Lennox – “Back At Wrong”

Born as the daughter of Grammy winner Annie Lennox, this singer and songwriter has always been drawn to music. She started playing piano aged 7, signed up for singing lessons aged 8 and earned a place at The Royal Academy Of Music, despite finding it not for her. As well as contributing to the soundtrack of Discovery’s “Serengeti”, she debuted with her single “In The Wild” earlier this year.

With an infectious, pounding beat from the start, her new single is a powerful statement of raw emotion. Inspired by her own experience with a toxic relationship, every lyric sounds genuine and intimate. And with the addition of a surprising organ and playful piano completing her mighty soundscape, it’s the sheer strength of her compelling and dynamic vocals, that make this sound anything but wrong.
