Texas-born and Nashville-based, this rising singer and songwriter first picked up a guitar and drums at the age of 9. Despite having been playing music since, she initially moved to Nashville in 2015 to study religion in college. It was there she discovered songwriting as an emotional outlet. Inspired by Kacey Musgraves, Phoebe Bridgers and Fleetwood Mac, she debuted with “We’ll Be Alright” in 2021.
Telling the story of not being understood by those around you for chasing your dreams, her new single adds a touch of rock to her folk-pop sound. Taken from her upcoming album “There Are Two Sides To Everything”, expected on June 15th, it’s the bouncy drums, punchy bass line and effervescent guitars that create an infectious melody. And with her crisp, airy vocals, this jam is a sonic delight.
