Saint Raymond – “Carried Away”

Born in Nottingham, Callum Burrows, also known by his stage moniker Saint Raymond, is a British singer and songwriter, who started his career playing small gigs and open mic nights around his hometown. It truly kicked off when he released his debut EP “Escapade” on Gabrielle Aplin‘s label in 2013. He went on to release an album, four EP’s and to support Haim and Ed Sheeran on their UK tour.

The second single of a trilogy of new songs is an exuberant slice of upbeat indie pop bliss. A bouncy beat and playful guitar strums give it a vivacious, toe-tapping quality, while his vibrant and joyous vocals sing about playing with amorous fire and not being worried about getting burnt. The sun-soaked, happy-go-lucky vibe of this summery anthem will easily let you get carried away.
