Having toured with Lianne La Havas as a keys player, singer and songwriter Simon Middleton met bassist and guitarist Eamonn Dawe and drummer Andrew Gallop and formed this London-based trio. Sharing a love of disco and synth pop, they debuted their retro-touched electro-pop sound on their first EP “So Long” in 2016 and made the Glastonbury Emerging Talent long-list in that same year.
With a pulsating bassline, radiating a neon glow at every pluck, their new single emerges from the depths of an 80s synthesizer. Touching on the New Romantic style of electronic pop, the reverberating beat and smoothness of the synths seamlessly meld together with the lustrous magic of the retro vocals, which will take you on a voltaic journey to yesteryear you don’t have to wait forever for.
