In The Spotlight

Emma Hern – “Love Is Killing Me”

Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, this thrilling retro rock and soul diva is an electrifying tour-de-force. She moved to music capital Nashville after graduating from Boston’s Berklee College Of Music, in order to broaden her musical realm. With an exhilarating sound dipped in late 60s and early 70s rock, blues and soul, she brought her creative vision to life with a commanding, yet stylish flamboyance.

Coated in a layer of contemporary production, her debut single takes those vintage pop/rock tones and turns them into a dynamic dose of retro charm. Bridging the decades, her fiery, soul-soaked, powerhouse vocals soar over a high-spirited melodious feast of vivacious rhythms and exuberant horns, making it an auditory spectacular of scintillant bubblegum pop/rock with a bit of a soulful bite.

From her upcoming self-titled debut EP, to be released on 11 May 2018:
