Born in the radiant sunshine of Southern California, this Los Angeles-based vocalist, songwriter and musician picked up her first ukulele at the age of 12. She’s a Musicians Institute graduate and she started an indie-pop band called Blossum. in 2018. Now embarking on a solo career and influenced by songwriters such as Jason Mraz and Sara Bareilles, she forged a fun, feel-good pop sound.
Lyrically chronicling confusing matters of the heart, her solo debut single forms an intimate sonic surrounding and fills it with skilled dynamics. Taken from her upcoming EP “Crushes & Love Songs”, she starts with gentle keys and her silken vocals, before coming to life in the chorus with a bouncy bass, rich piano and a sunlit bounce. Emitting an innocence as well as ardent joy, this is an intoxicating jam.
