In The Spotlight

Yasmine Gill – “Feel”

Originally from Montreal, Canada, this singer, songwriter and pianist began performing at venues in Montreal and Toronto in 2015. Since she’s moved to London, UK, in order to explore it’s musical vibrancy and got her masters in communications at the London School Of Economics too. Inspired by Snoh Aalegra and Lianne La Havas, she debuted her classy soulful jazz blend on “Japanese Denim” in 2018.

Enveloping the listener in an authentic, auditory warmth, her new single finds its place between vulnerability and passion. Instantly mesmerizing from the first, carefully played, keystroke, it gives it an honest fragility. With her utterly enchanting vocals and a slight jazz rhythm teasing your senses and leading to a mighty, anthemic crescendo, this bewitching tune reaches deep down into your soul.
