In The Spotlight

Hospital – “Nothing But Love”

In 2011 four members of several Russian indie-rock bands came together to form a brand new group. Spearheaded by lead vocalist Egor Berdnikov, this quartet created a fresh blend of electro-indie-rock, drizzled with 80s influences from the likes of INXS and The Cure. They released two succesful albums so far and supported Lana Del Rey and The Kooks on the Russian leg of their tours.

The second taster of their forthcoming third album is an infectious indie-pop track, gleaming with an iconic 80s electro-rock glow. An invigorating beat is accompanied by a plethora of electronic gadgetry and soaring guitar riffs. The lustrous vocal harmonies have a delectable retro edge and merge seamlessly with the synth-heavy melody, making it a striking tune you can feel nothing but love for.
