In The Spotlight

Britty – “Lovers Get Bored”

This Montreal-native Canadian singer and songwriter has created a fun, contemporary pop sound layered with energetic splashes of nostalgia. Influenced by legends such as Phil Collins, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson, she graduated from Berklee College Of Music and was a contestant on NBC’s The Voice. Now Nashville-based, she released her debut single “Unveiled” in December 2017.

Her latest single introduces cheerful, modern sounds to the upbeat, neon-pop grooves of the 80s. The soaring synths, dancing over an infectious beat, create a sparkling soundscape where contemporary electro gets dipped into brightly colored vintage vibes and allows the buoyancy of her vivacious vocals to joyously bounce over the melody, making this perky love-song one you won’t get bored of.
