In The Spotlight

Alice Jemima – “Dancing In Love”

This self-taught singer, songwriter and guitarist started writing songs aged 12 and went on to get a summer job at the famous Glastonbury festival. Blending classical guitar with electro beats, she self-released her debut EP “All The Boyfriends” in 2012, but it wouldn’t be until 2014 that Sunday Best label owner Rob Da Bank signed her, resulting in the release of her spellbinding EP “Liquorice” in 2016.

Taken from her forthcoming album “Everything Changes”, slated for an October 18 release, her new single is wrapped in a vintage discolicious shimmer. Reminiscent of a 70s Donna Summer/Giorgio Moroder collaboration, it combines a pulsating beat, retro wah-wah guitars and electronic elements with silky violins and her bewitching, seductive vocals into a disco jam you will fall in love with.
